What is the booking process?
When you are ready to book your wedding and/or your reception, a contract will be sent to you. Then you look it over, sign, and send it back to us with the $1,000 non-refundable booking fee. On the contract it will state the payment schedule.
For other events, we usually ask for 50% of the rental fee at the time of the booking and the rest of the payment is due 60 days before the event. Four months or less until your event, the entire rental fee is due at the time of booking.
What is included in my rental of The HydeAway?
Wedding packages include tables and chairs, table linens, a catering kitchen, restrooms, bridal and groomsmen suites, a bar, the beautiful property, the venue coordinator and staff, and the Clubhouse Barn for photo opportunities and more. Two of our wedding packages include the use of our decor along with the staff of the venue decorating and tearing down for you.
For other events, we provide the tables and chairs, catering kitchen, restrooms, and the venue coordinator and staff.
Can I use vendors of my choice?
Yes you can use vendors that you choose. We do provide a list of vendors for you as well.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No we have a liquor license which prohibits anyone bringing alcohol on our property. We provide four different drink packages that are a per person cost to choose from, including a non-alcoholic one.
